Minutes matter on the ward—can you rapidly distinguish thyroid storm from sepsis or myxedema coma from stroke? Through high-stakes cases you will review red flags, describe targeted labs, and discuss first-hour therapies for adrenal crisis, pituitary apoplexy, acute hypocalcemia, and perioperative crises.
