Leadership Academy: Leadership Capstone

October 19–20, 2026 + Six-Month Longitudinal Learning Experience

Advance your leadership journey through a two-day immersive program paired with ongoing learning designed to strengthen strategic thinking, leadership presence, mentorship, and professional development over time.

Participants collaborate with peers, complete a leadership-focused project, and build skills in coaching, sponsorship, networking, and long-term career planning. Completion of Capstone makes participants eligible to earn the Certificate of Leadership in Hospital Medicine (CLHM).

Prerequisite: Participants must have completed at least one previous Leadership Academy course before enrolling in Capstone.
