Could You Describe the RUCkus, Sir? How Budget Neutrality, wRVUs, and the RUC Shape Your Pay - On Demand 2026
Blueprints of pay rarely come from the bedside—they’re drafted by wRVUs, budget neutrality, and the AMA’s RUC. In this session, you’ll discuss how CMS rulemaking and the RUC determine what services represent in relative value, analyze wRVU mechanics, and critique budget-neutral shifts that shape hospitalist income. You’ll apply insider insights to design fairer workflows and evaluate decisions that directly impact your compensation.
