Congratulations on begining the SHM-Chest Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Certificate of Completion (COC) program! This management page will help you, SHM, and CHEST keep track of the program requirements you have completed. To officially enroll in the program you need to complete one of the requirements below and enroll in this activity.

Complete the Online Modules - SHM's Principles of Point-of-Care Ultrasound OR CAE Healthcare's Bedside Ultrasound in Critical Care
Attend CHEST's Ultrasonograpy: Essentials in Critical Care course
Attend an Approved POCUS COC Regional Course

This program offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience to learn the fundamentals of point-of-care ultrasound. Take individual courses or earn the SHM-Chest Point-of-Care Ultrasound Certificate of Completion (COC).

All program requirements must be completed within 3 years of starting the program. The requirements are listed in the recommended order of completion. Portfolio images must be generated and collected personally after attending one of the live courses.
