This session will focus on the current evidence for implementation strategies to promote the adoption of guideline directed medical therapy in heart failure. We will cover the gaps in care, the rationale for implementation science in this condition, recent implementation trial evidence, and a look toward the future for implementation science across cardiometabolic care.
