This is an extended conversation about how to address structures, policies, processes, culture, and leadership practices that affect hospitalist well-being. Panelists will discuss specific approaches to apply SHM's Well-being Toolkit and how to overcome barriers and impediments to addressing root causes of burnout in hospital medicine. This webinar builds on the webinar held in fall 2022 on the SHM Well-being Toolkit, which provides hospitalists with the tools advance well-being at their institution regardless of their position or role by giving them actions to become a Well-Being Advocate. Learning Objectives
