Co-Management by Hospitalists: Opportunities, Challenges, and the Role of Interservice Agreements
Hospitalists are increasingly involved in the care of patients from surgical and medical subspecialities. To provide guidance in creating, leading, or participating in a co-management model, SHM recently released the Building and Sustaining Co-Management Programs in Hospital Medicine: A Technical Report and Operational Guide. This webinar, which features contributors of the SHM resource and experts from across the country and abroad, will focus on the opportunities and challenges in hospitalist co-management models and the role that interservice agreements play in defining roles, workflows, and in conflict resolution.
