To provide guidance in creating, leading, or participating in a co-management model, SHM recently released the Building and Sustaining Co-Management Programs in Hospital Medicine: A Technical Report and Operational Guide. This webinar features contributors of the SHM resource and surgical and medical subspecialty co-management hospitalist experts from across the country. This webinar will focus on building collaborative relationships in co-management, hiring and onboarding hospitalists for co-management, and financial aspects of co-management models.
