Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, learners should be able to:
  1. Define value in the setting of medical education. This will be primarily achieved through a brief overview of the value framework used in defining healthcare value with and the subsequent applications of these principles to existing educational programs as examples through facilitated discussion.
  2. Apply principles of evidence-based curricular design and evaluation to ascertain the relative value of curricular elements in their own programs.
  3. Modify and augment educational activities that that have questionable value.
