Daily surveys also captured qualitative comments highlighting improved efficiency, clearer structure, teamwork, and shared goals.<br /><br />Overall, the study concludes that a resident-faculty task force successfully created and implemented a rounding intervention that was widely adopted and well received. NET Rounding appears to improve the organization of rounds and contribute to a better wards experience for both learners and teachers.
