Some residents suggested adding an introductory session on hospital workflows and resources.

The program’s future directions include expanding content to areas such as quality improvement, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and medical education, increasing the number of participants beyond the initial pilot, and building a larger group of faculty hospitalist preceptors.
